Injac Attorneys informs the public that a fraudulent email is currently circulating, in which the name and identity of our firm, as well as the names of our employees, are being illegally used with the intention of extorting money or obtaining other forms of benefit from third parties.
These messages falsely claim that Injac Attorneys is involved in a “fund recovery process” or that it is “connected with the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia.”
These claims are entirely false. Our law firm has no connection whatsoever with the mentioned correspondence or with the individuals sending such messages.
We urge anyone who receives similar messages to:
- refrain from responding to them,
- avoid sharing any personal or financial information, and
- verify the authenticity of any communication exclusively through our official contact channels, available on our website www.injac.rs.
Our team has taken all necessary steps to report the matter to the competent authorities and to prevent any further misuse of the firm’s name.
