Managing Partner at Injac Attorneys and a member of the LEGAL MIND CLUB, Nemanja Injac, participated as a panelist at the LEGAL PRO FORUM 2025 conference, held from October 19 to 22 at the Tornik Hotel in Zlatibor. The panel, titled “Where Reputation Creates Value: High-Expectation Clients in the Premium Real Estate Market,” brought together experts who work daily with the most demanding segment of the market — where law, reputation, and trust intersect most directly.
The panel was moderated by Ivana Panić, Partner at Moravčević Vojnović and Partners in cooperation with Schoenherr, and featured Nemanja Injac alongside Dr. Gordana Jovanović, Public Notary, and Monika Gajewska, Head of Occupier Business Development at CBRE South Eastern Europe.
The discussion opened numerous questions about the role of reputation and credibility in modern business. The panelists explored what reputation truly means in the context of luxury real estate — how it is built, whether through discretion, long-term transparency, or successful project execution — and whether it can be the decisive factor in closing a deal. At the core of the conversation was the idea that reputation remains one of the most enduring currencies of trust in the legal and business world.
The second part of the panel focused on high-expectation clients — those who seek not only expertise from their advisors and partners but also a deep understanding of values, discretion, and absolute reliability. The discussion addressed approaches to working with such clients, the importance of a personalized relationship, and the notion that in this market segment, trust — more than any contract — determines the course and outcome of cooperation.

The panel also delved into a deeper discussion on luxury, emotion, and values. Participants reflected on what truly defines luxury today — whether it’s the square footage, location, aesthetics, brand, or emotion — and how this concept evolves over time. It was concluded that the true value of luxury is not measured by price, but by the lasting impression it leaves, the relationship with the space, and the attention to detail.
In the final part of the discussion, attention turned to the future of the market — exploring how global trends such as digitalization, sustainability, and the so-called “quiet luxury” are shaping new expectations, as well as how the legal profession responds to clients who simultaneously demand speed, security, and discretion. The discussion also raised the question of how reputation and credibility can endure in the digital age, where trust must be built just as carefully in virtual spaces as in personal relationships.
The LEGAL PRO FORUM 2025 conference, held under the theme “His Majesty – The Client: Trust as the Driving Force in Law and Business,” brought together over 300 legal professionals from across the region — judges, lawyers, notaries, compliance experts, and specialists in ESG and business ethics. Across all panels, the central theme was that trust is the fundamental prerequisite of professional excellence and the key thread connecting law and business.
We extend our gratitude to the organizers and members of the LEGAL MIND CLUB for the outstanding organization, inspiring discussions, and the opportunity to exchange insights on topics that shape modern legal practice.
