Injac Attorneys has advised on the establishment of a strategic technology partnership between Pixels2Pixels Studio, a digital studio with international portfolio specializing in software development of VR, AR, MR, game design, and immersive digital experiences (led by Đordje Đordjić), and Flypayout, a next-generation legaltech platform facilitating passenger compensation claims under EU Regulation 261/2004.
The collaboration marks a significant step in integrating advanced digital technologies with legaltech automation. Injac Attorneys advised both parties on the structuring and implementation of the partnership, including the development agreement under which Pixels2Pixels will design and deploy Flypayout’s proprietary software solution.
The firm’s mandate encompassed contractual structuring, regulatory compliance, intellectual property and data protection matters, as well as guidance on the allocation of rights and responsibilities between the technology provider and platform operator.
By combining Pixels2Pixels’ technological expertise with Flypayout’s legal innovation, the partnership strengthens the digital integration of legal and technological processes in the air passenger compensation sector.
