Injac Attorneys Joins the Global ICC Network

Injac Attorneys is proud to announce its membership in the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the world’s largest and oldest business organization founded in 1919, uniting more than 45 million businesses across over 170 countries. By joining the ICC, we are becoming part of the global elite of chambers shaping international business and legal standards, while aligning ourselves with the world’s most prestigious arbitral institution – the ICC International Court of Arbitration, established in 1923.

The tradition of ICC in Serbia is one of the longest in the region. Serbia became a member of the ICC as early as 1923, and just four years later, in 1927, the National Committee of ICC Serbia was founded under the auspices of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, which remains its cornerstone to this day. This strong historical link provides an additional layer of pride as we step into this global arena.

What makes this step especially significant is that Injac Attorneys has officially become part of three key ICC global commissions: the Commercial Law & Practice Commission, the Digital Economy Commission, and the Environment & Energy Commission. Through these prestigious platforms, our firm will contribute to the development of global best practices in international commerce, digital transformation, and sustainability.

The Commercial Law & Practice Commission is the body behind the famous ICC model contracts and clauses, providing globally accepted legal instruments for cross-border business. The Digital Economy Commission sets the tone for policy debates on the future of digital trade, cybersecurity, and ICT development. Meanwhile, the Environment & Energy Commission serves as the global voice of business in advocating sustainable development and responsible energy policies.

By actively engaging in the work of these commissions, Injac Attorneys positions itself not only as a law firm with international reach, but also as a contributor to the very rules, guidelines, and practices that govern modern business worldwide. This is both an honor and a responsibility—one that strengthens our commitment to excellence, innovation, and leadership on the global stage.
